Halal Classic Lamb Meatloaf

Description

A fresh, raw halal lamb meatloaf seasoned with onion, herbs and spices, shaped for even cooking. Ideal for a simple, family-friendly roast you finish at home. Each loaf is around 1 kg.

Ingredients (typical)
Lamb (minced), onion, breadcrumbs, egg, herbs, spice blend, salt, pepper.
Allergens: gluten (wheat), egg. (Dairy-free; add cheese by request if you offer a variant.)

How to cook (home guide)

1. Remove from the fridge 30 mins before cooking.

2. Place on a lined tray; brush with a little oil or glaze if desired.

3. Bake at 180 °C (fan 160 °C) for 45–60 mins until piping hot and ≥75 °C in the centre.

4. Rest 10 mins, then slice.
