Track your My Meat Shop order using the order details sent to you after checkout. This page helps you check the status of your delivery for Halal meat, ready meals, charcuterie, bakery, groceries and family food essentials.

To track your order, enter your Order ID and the billing email address used when placing the order. These details can usually be found in your order confirmation email.

Your order ID is included in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.

2. Enter Your Billing Email

Use the same email address entered at checkout so the system can match your order correctly.

3. Check Your Order Status

Press the Track button to view available order information and delivery progress.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Before You Track Your Order

Make sure you enter the details exactly as they appear in your order confirmation. If the tracking form does not recognise your order, double-check the order ID, billing email address and spelling before trying again.

Where Is My Order ID?

Your order ID is shown in the confirmation email sent after checkout. It may also appear in your My Meat Shop account if you were logged in when placing the order.

Use the billing email address entered at checkout. If you used a different email address from your usual account email, enter the checkout billing email.
