Thin sheets of halal lamb steak layered with cheddar and herbs, rolled tight, sliced into pinwheels and secured on wooden skewers for easy cooking.

Cut & build
Prepared from lamb minute steak. Filled with grated cheddar, herbs and garlic, rolled, sliced and skewered; lightly oiled for a clean roast/grill.

Lamb (steak), cheddar (milk), herbs, garlic, oil, sea salt, black pepper.
Allergen: milk. (Garlic-free or alternative herb mix on request.)

How to cook (home guide)

  • Oven: 200 °C (fan 180 °C), lined tray, 12–16 mins until piping hot (≥75 °C).

  • Pan → oven: Sear 1–2 mins per side, finish 6–8 mins in oven.

  • Grill/BBQ: Medium-high, 3–4 mins per side; move to indirect heat to finish.
    Skewers are oven/grill safe; avoid direct flame. Remove before serving. Rest 3–5 mins.
