This Vegan Aged Balsamic Vinegar is a rich, dark and intensely flavoured balsamic made from concentrated grape must and slowly matured to develop a natural sweetness and syrupy texture. It’s made only from grape must – with no wine vinegar, no added sugar, no caramel, no colourings, no thickeners and no added sulphites.

Smooth, naturally sweet and with a balanced acidity, it’s perfect for drizzling, dressing and finishing your dishes. Use it to dress salads, drizzle over roasted vegetables, glaze meats, finish risottos or lift grilled fish. It’s also superb over mozzarella, grilled halloumi, strawberries, vanilla ice cream or yoghurt for an easy restaurant-style touch at home.

The 100ml glass bottle comes with a pourer insert, making it easy to control each drizzle and ideal for the table or for plating.
