Dari Vermicelli Cheveux d’Ange is a fine angel hair pasta made from 100% durum wheat semolina. With its very thin strands, it cooks quickly and is perfect for traditional North African dishes, soups and light pasta recipes.
Use it for classic Moroccan-style seffa (sweet vermicelli with butter and icing sugar), in soups and broths, or as a base for pilafs and side dishes. It also works well mixed with rice or vegetables, or simply served with a light sauce for a quick meal.
