2. Order Placement and Acceptance
- All orders placed on mymeatshop.co.uk are subject to product availability and acceptance.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an automatic refund will be applied to your wallet on mymeatshop.co.uk for the value of any missing or unavailable items.
- Customers will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS once the order has been processed.
3. Payment
- Payment is required at the time of order placement unless using the buy now, pay later option, which is provided by a third-party payment service.
- We accept major debit and credit cards, Direct Bank Transfer, and the buy now, pay later option.
- The buy now, pay later option is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party provider. Customers using this option must ensure they comply with the provider’s eligibility criteria and payment schedules.
- Any disputes or queries regarding the buy now, pay later service should be directed to the third-party provider. mymeatshop.co.uk is not responsible for decisions or actions made by the third party.
- Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
- If payment is not received, or if incorrect payment details are provided, we may cancel your order without notice.
4. Delivery Terms
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 PM will be processed and dispatched the same day, with delivery the following day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next day.
- No deliveries are available on Sundays. Saturday deliveries incur an additional cost starting from £10.
- Customers will receive delivery updates via email and SMS, including order status updates at each stage (on hold, paid, processed, dispatched, and completed).
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during the delivery slot. If no one is available, our third-party courier will leave the parcel in a safe place, as indicated by the customer, and will not return the parcel to the depot.
- Delivery terms are subject to change at the convenience of mymeatshop.co.uk. Any updates will be reflected on the website.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, no changes or cancellations are possible.
- Refunds are only available if the request is made before dispatch.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are not permitted after delivery unless there is a quality issue. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may request photographic evidence, temperature check or other documentation to process your claim.
6. Products and Pricing
- We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- In the event of an incorrect price or description, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to store the products appropriately upon delivery to maintain product quality. All products must be refrigerated upon receipt.

- Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. This includes correct delivery addresses, contact details, and payment information.
- If a delivery is made to an incorrect address due to inaccurate details provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of a replacement order. mymeatshop.co.uk is not liable for any incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Delivery and Shipping Address Responsibility
- It is the customer’s full responsibility to provide an accurate and correct shipping/delivery address when placing an order. The shipping/delivery address must be entered in the designated shipping/delivery form only. Any addresses provided in the “Note” section or other areas of the website will not be considered.
- Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect, mymeatshop.co.uk will not be held responsible for any delivery issues or failed deliveries. No refunds will be issued in the case of an incorrect address. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the shipping/delivery address is correct before submitting the order.
- Tracking and Third-Party Arrangements: Once the order is dispatched, the customer is responsible for tracking their order and liaising with the third-party delivery service if any rearrangements need to be made. If the customer is unable to receive the order, it is their responsibility to collect the parcel from the third-party depot. We are not responsible for any issues or delays once the order is in transit.
- Vigilance in Delivery: As we sell perishable meat products, it is crucial that the customer is vigilant in ensuring the correct delivery address is provided, tracking the order, and taking appropriate action if there are any delivery issues. No refunds will be issued if the customer fails to track or collect the delivery.
10. Liability
- mymeatshop.co.uk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products, including any loss of income or profits.
- Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the products in question.
- We are responsible for replacing parcels that are damaged or destroyed by third-party couriers during transit.
