- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 PM cutoff time will be processed and dispatched the same day for delivery the following day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next day.
- Upon order placement, customers will receive email and text updates at various stages, including status updates such as hold, paid, processed, dispatched, and completed.
- A tracking option is available on the website to follow the progress of the order.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their availability during the delivery slot.
- Parcels will be left in a safe place by our logistics third party and won’t be returned to the depot.
- Saturday delivery incurs an additional cost starting from £10.
- No delivery on Sunday
- Our policy only allows refunds before shipment.
