Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 PM cutoff time will be processed and dispatched the same day for delivery the following day.
Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next day.

A tracking option is available on the website to follow the progress of the order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their availability during the delivery slot.
Parcels will be left in a safe place by our logistics third party and won’t be returned to the depot.
Saturday delivery incurs an additional cost starting from £10.
